Back to School bASH New Date: Sep 7, 2024
Saturday, Sept 7th, 12 noon to 16:00 at ABF Fields
On Saturday, Sept 7th, the entire ASH community is invited to gather together to celebrate the start of the new school year! The annual Back to School bASH will take place on the ABF Fields of ASH Main Campus and runs from 12:00 through 16:00.
There will be something for everyone - food trucks, community representatives, live performances, a DJ, bouncy castles, and fun games for all. Bring a picnic blanket or folding chair and join us! Stop by the PTO stand and come say Hi! There is no entrance fee, however, you can help planning by signing up here.

Welcome new and returning ASH families! Join us for the first Monday Morning Networking (MMN) meeting of the 2024-25 school year! This event is open to all, offering a perfect opportunity to meet new and returning ASH parents and hear about all of the fun events we have planned. Join us at 8:45 am for coffee, a short presentation will begin at 9:00 am.

Join us for a discussion about driving and biking in the Netherlands. We'll discuss basic rules and safety measures along with options for public transport.

Grab your team of six (or come solo) and represent your country at the ASH parent and staff trivia night in this fun evening continuing the spirit of olympic competition. Dress to represent your country or your favorite olympic sport - summer or winter (optional).

Back to School Spirit Wear
Update your ASH Spirit Wear this week!
The Spirit Wear store is up and running for the year. Online orders can be placed at the Spirit Wear web page. We have several sale items and have restocked all your favorites.
This week the main campus shop (by the Middle School office) will be open for pick ups and in-person shopping on Tuesday, Aug 27, from 3:15-4:00pm.
Stay tuned for an announcement on our new regular hours, and the opening of our new location at the ECC.
After School Activities
A detailed list of after-school activities can be found on the ASH parent portal under Activities in ASH Essentials.
Login with your username and password and check out the activities in each department. We have included a few clubs below to give you some ideas, but there are a lot more clubs available for your kids!
PTO Website Update
One of our goals for this year is the updating of the PTO website. We know the ASH parent community is a skilled group. We are looking for parents with website experience, including website architecture, design, and/or maintenance to help us explore the best platforms, functionality, and design for us, based on current best practices.
