Egg and tomato stew. Serve with fresh Challah!
1. Fried the onion and garlic together in oil, add the tomatoes and mix.
2. Add the chopped pepper and spices.
3. Let it cook until all the liquids half evaporates.
4. Add the eggs one by one, separately. Cover the pan and let it cook for 15-
