Mon., Oct. 11: MMN Field Trip to Historic Leiden, 9:30 am
Leiden is not only a gorgeous little city with great restaurants and boat rides, it is packed with incredible history as well. You will see the birthplace of Rembrandt and the Pieterskirk, the church of the Pilgrims who fled England and settled in Leiden before seeking a new start in North America. The walking tour will also take you to Leiden Centraal railway station, the tourist information office, and major shopping areas. Get to know this important city in our Zuid-Holland neighborhood. Thur., Oct. 14: International Festival Planning Meeting, 9:00 am
The beloved ASH International Festival is coming back to campus this year! With food, flags, performances, and activities, this events celebrates the diverse nationalities that define ASH. the proposed theme for this year is "Stronger Together" to celebrate how our wide variety of backgrounds and perspectives come together to create a united community. Mon., Oct. 25: IN PERSON Monday Morning Networking "Distinctly Dutch," 9:00 am
Begin to feel more comfortable in your Netherlands life by finding out what makes Dutch people tick--from their unique expressions, to their birthday traditions, to what makes them some of the happiest people in the world! This event will revive what Monday Morning Networking is all about--connecting with other parents to chat, commiserate, share experiences, and build friendships (while drinking coffee and eating cookies)! Our meeting room is upstairs in the ABF building: Ammonslaantje 1, 2241 BP Wassenaar. You will need to wear a mask and fill out a health form upon arrival. We can't wait to see you IN PERSON!!!!!!

NOW: Join the ASH Community Choir!
Do you love music? Do you enjoy singing? Then come for a trial rehearsal with the ASH Community Choir! No audition required and non-ASH individuals are welcome too. Rehearsals are Monday evenings. The choir is diverse and international, and so is its repertoire: from Classical and World music to jazzy and musical theater styles. There are several performances throughout the year. Linnaeushof: Europe's Largest Playground is open for the last time this season during Fall Break, from October 16th through the 24th.
