MMN Field Trip Wassenaar Luifelbaan Tour

Join us for a walk down the Luifelbaan. We’ll talk with shop owners from Jumbo and Kelly’s Expat Store and a few of our other favorite shops on the Luifelbaan. We will also have a private meeting with the local butcher to figure out the best cuts of meat for your recipes - and what they are called in Dutch! The tour will also feature a few other favorite shops on the Luifelbaan!

Please do not attend this trip if you or any member of your household is unwell or if you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the previous 14 days.

Attendance is at your own risk, we have taken all steps we can to ensure all RIVM guidelines are being met, however the PTO can not be held responsible for any issues arising from attendance on this field trip. If you feel uncomfortable at any point during the trip please, immediately, speak to the tour guide.

We have hand sanitizer, masks and food service gloves available and encourage you to use them as appropriate.

1.5 meter social distancing is required to be maintained at all times during this field trip to ensure the safety of everyone, if this is not being followed field trip will be terminated early. The market has been reconfigured to allow for better social distancing so there is plenty of space to spread out.

We will monitor the current situation as it develops and should the tour need to be cancelled due to changes in school or government policy we will make an announcement.

You will be required to fill out a health declaration prior to attending, this must be returned to us within the timeframe specified, failure to do so will result in you being able to join the group. This information will be stored securely and will be shared with RIVM/ GGD and ASH if required by law. You are also required to inform the PTO if you test positive for COVD-19 within 14 days of participating in this event.

Where: Meet us outside the butcher(Groeneveld Keurslager - Luifelbaan 26) opposite Jumbo in Wassenaar at 08:55. Sign up is required, limited to one attendee per household.
