Pandan Cake

Pandan cake is a light, fluffy, green-coloured sponge cake made with pandan leaves. It originated in Indonesia, but is now a common dessert throughout Southeast Asia.

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius
2. Beat the eggs at high speed for around 3 minutes until foamy
3. Add the Pondan "Pandan Chiffon Cake Mix" with water, then beat the mixture again at high speed for around 8 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thick
4. Add the coconut milk and vegetable oil and mix well with a spatula
5. Grease the bottom and sides of the baking pan with butter, then pour the mixture into the baking pan.
6. Bake for 50-60 minutes
7. Check that the cake is done by pricking the middle with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready to serve.

7 eggs
1 pack of Pondan "Pandan Chiffon Cake Mix"
140ml coconut milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
