Want to see how our floats are decorated? Join us during the Decoration Days of the Bloemencorso Bollenstreek and step inside the hall where the floats come to life. Surrounded by fresh hyacinths, we’ll get hands-on and help decorate a float ourselves. a fun chance to be part of the magic.

About the Event
Join us for this amazing opportunity to decorate a float! The Bloemencorso Bollenstreek is the highlight of spring in the Netherlands a spectacular parade celebrating blooming tulip fields and creative flower floats. In 2026, the 79th Flower Parade will take place on Saturday, April 18, traveling from Noordwijk to Haarlem. Each year, more than a million people enjoy the parade along the route or from official viewing stands, and volunteers play a key role in building and decorating the floats that become stunning works of art. Just a couple of reminders: while the floats are inside a building being built, it can be chilly since the space is not heated please dress warmly in layers. Sorry no strollers.
