About the Event

Did you know that children who spend a significant part of their lives abroad—growing up outside their parents’ home culture—are known as Third Culture Kids (TCKs)? These global experiences shape them in unique and powerful ways, often quite different from how they might have developed “back home.”

Kate Berger, child psychologist and founder of the Expat Kids Club, will share her insights into the world of TCKs—exploring what makes them unique, the specific challenges they face, and the incredible joys that come with their international upbringing. She’ll also offer practical tips to help parents support their children on their journey as TCKs.
