Mom's Comedy Night

After the past two years of lockdown, we need a break and a good laugh!

Boom Chicago is a world famous improv/comedy theater based in the heart of Amsterdam (Seth Meyers, Amber Ruffin, Arjen Lubach, and Jordan Peele are a few of Boom's famous alums) and why not celebrate the beginning of spring with good company and great laughs.

We'll join in on the fun of Boom's Improv Spectacular - the fast-paced funny night features Boom Chicago's cast making you (and themselves) laugh while waiters bring drinks to your table. The evening will start with short-form improv and games with rules, bells, and lots of audience suggestions. We need a job and a movie-style! Ding. Let's go! Then after a break, the cast's long-form improvisation will create a brand new whole world of characters, scenes, and funny situations based on stories inspired by just one word. You will be amazed! After the show, on many nights the cast presents a free third act where they test new material for upcoming shows.

We'll meet at Boom Chicago at 6:30pm for a drink and a quick nibble before the show.
