MMN Boerderij Nellesteijn Cheese Farm in Wassenaar

We will be visiting Boerderij Nellesteijn, a traditional dairy farm near ASH. The farmer will give a tour of the farm and we will see where and how the cheese is made. At the end of the tour you will be able to taste some cheeses and have the opportunity to buy the wonderful fresh cheese, butter, eggs and milk. - Bonus: As they also have around 70 mother sheep, we hope that there will be a lot of little lambs to see! We usually can also hold some of them.  The tour takes about an hour, you may want to wear boots as we will tour the barns. If you choose to drive, parking is very limited, carpool is encouraged. Children are welcome - but note it is a working farm.
