About the Event
This session is for everyone who is living abroad, whether this is your first international move or you have moved around for years; whether you consider yourself an expat, a lovepat, a repat, a global nomad or an ATCK. We all know moving abroad can be a mixed bag of emotions: exciting and challenging, exhilarating and confusing, overwhelming and fulfilling. In this week’s session, we will explore culture shock and the emotional toll that comes with it, providing tools, tips and strategies to navigate its challenges so you and your family can feel good and thrive living abroad
