Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating practice combining gentle Yin yoga poses with the soothing, guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra. After a warm-up you'll be guided into a state of profound rest. Bring a yoga mat and anything to enhance your comfort, blanket and pillow or bolster are recommended.

Yin & Nidra — Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating practice that combines gentle moments and yin asanas with soothing guidance. After a warm up and a few yin poses, you will be led through yoga Nidra, a tranquil journey of relaxation and restoration. Depart from this session feeling refreshed and peaceful. This practice is suitable for all levels.Â
Please bring a yoga mat, warm and comfortable clothes, and anything that will make your journey more pleasant. I recommend at least one blanket and at least one pillow or bolster, if you have it.Â
Yin yoga is a style of yoga where gentle poses are held for 3-5 minutes. Instead of focusing on building strength, yin focuses on increasing flexibility and relaxation by targeting deep connective tissue.Â
