This is a great opportunity to work out with friends while enjoying fresh air and beautiful views. The class combines running and strength exercises through the dunes and onto the beach.

The class combines running and strength exercises through the dunes and onto the beach, with planks overlooking the ocean.
We meet in the parking lot across the street from the hotel. Class leaves at 9:00 am sharp. RSVP required.
